As Salesforce is a cloud-based CRM system, (which means you don’t need any fancy hardware or servers etc) it has no minimum system requirement, it just requires an internet connection. Most businesses will run the system from a desktop/ laptop set up, however Salesforce runs just as well on an Ipad or phone. Indeed the system has a standard App you can download on your phone so it’s as easy as using facebook.
The benefit of this is that Salesforce can be accessed from anywhere you have an internet connection. This is particularly useful when you set up dashboards of key business information pertinent to you that you can access from your sunbed to know your business is safe in the hands of the team back home whilst you sip another pina colada.
