Ideally you will have:

Certified and good working knowledge of at least 3 of the following major Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, CPQ, Experience, Pardot, Marketing

Experience in project delivery or functional consultancy on the Salesforce platform

The ability to capture customer requirements to design, scope and estimate a project

The ability to recommend Salesforce solution and best practices

Three years experience implementing Salesforce solutions in multiple different businesses

Great Customer Relationship skills

Responsibilities:

Develop the consultants within the team to meet the growing needs of the company

Hands on with large projects until the team below are developed to be self sufficient

Requirements Meetings - hosting meetings with customers to understand their business processes and requirements

Solution Design - to transform client requirements into best practice Salesforce solutions

Salesforce Configuration - configuring customer requirements in Salesforce using Salesforce products and solutions

Testing - ensuring the solutions we provide a customer are to the highest standard

Training - to help up-skill our customers on the salesforce platform and ensure they are comfortable using the system

Support - always being on hand to help with a customer enquiry and to ensure our customers are supported

Customer Relationships - engaging with customers to ensure they are given the best possible customer service

This role will require visits to clients sites as required

Ideally you will have:

OYF Ltd are looking for a Salesforce consultant to join our team and help strengthen our business.

Ideally you will have:

Experience in project delivery or functional consultancy on the Salesforce platform

Salesforce Administrator or App Builder certification preferred.

The ability to capture customer requirements to design, scope and estimate a project

The ability to recommend Salesforce solution and best practices
